what happens to the spartans in halo wars????

ok i dont get it...there are a bunch of spartans in halo wars and u use 3 in the campaign and in the final video it shows nothing of the other spartans or who becoms the master chief u use in halos 1-3....what happens to them?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

I checked on Halopedia and in the book The Fall of Reach (http://halo.wikia.com/wiki/Halo:_The_Fall_of_Reach) it said all the spartans go on this planet and then it says Master Chief thinks that Dr. Halsey and all of the Spartans but himself are killed on the surface of the planet. So maybe they aren't dead? I am not sure...

I was wondering the same thing, just beat Halo Wars today, it was ok, I liked the cut scenes

I have no idea. Halo Wars is set 20 years before the halo series (halo 1)
