What is a better game for the 360, Call of Duty World at War, or Halo 3?

My friend and i have been arguing this for a while now, and i need to find an answer from real people. It would help if you had both, that would be more fair, but give me your opinion.

Halo for Xbox freakin awesome but Call of Duty World At War amazing online play so if your looking for online play pick Call of duty
if not pick Halo then.

Halo 3 by far, COD5 is okay at best, the only thing that saves it from not being another WWII game is the zombie mode. That is fun but it does not match up to Halo. COD4 might give Halo a run for its money, but World at War was no good in comparison
