Its basically Halo 4... Except you've got it wrong and its actually now called due to an title update Halo: ODST.
Basically you do not play the Master Chief anymore for good reasons but I do not want to give out any spoilers, so you play the ODST. It looks fun, and will be a great new campaign, I do not know if there is going to be a great multiplayer feature, but I doubt it.
