what is the best unit per pop. in halo wars?

i think a vulture is. because 3 kill one scarab. which 3 vultures equals 18 pop. 1 scarab equals 20 pop. but it might be a grizzly or odsts or honor guards or brutes or wraiths. could u answer this for me if u understand wat im saying. like if six odsts kill a vulture. just curios, and i dont care about the adv. ground has on infantry and so on. also r there going to be a dlc for halo wars

i would say pretty close between the vulture and the scarab, but if you want more than just a few units, go with grizzlies, or my personal favorite, Spartans... but you can only have three of those... a good equivalent to Spartans is the Elite honor guard.
