What is the Good Samaritan Achievement in Halo 3 : ODST?

I believe you get the achievement by entering "Data Hive" without killing a single engineer.

im pretty sure you get it when your in the "real world" with the rookie and you kill about 10 engineers. or 12, i dont remember.
