there are these acses terminals everywhere what r they for

Access terminals are computers that tell you about the battle with the forerunners and flood and the construction of the halos and the ark. You get the marathon achievement if you find and read all these terminals. They are located on The Ark, The Covenant, and Halo. I think there are seven of them. Check out halopedia and look up terminals.
