When does the Mythic Maps come out for people WITHOUT the Limited Edition Halo Wars?

Its been over 20 Days that people with Halo Wars Special Edition have been able to play the Mythic Maps and got their Head Start when will we actually get our time to download the mythic maps for people without Halo Wars Special Edition onto the Xbox Live Marketplace?
