When I go to get the halo 3 catch skull its not there....?

I don't know what the problem is I didn't blow up the wraiths, I started at the beginning of the level and my difficulty setting was on normal. Please help.

Raise the difficulty, most of em' you can't find unless its on Legendary. Sucks, I know
