where can i buy halo 3 figures cheap?

All i want is Master Chief and the Arbiter but i dont know what site to buy them from. The big toy sites have the figures over priced, mainly for the arbiter.... and i dont realy wanna buy them from ebay incase they are damaged or like...scratched.
