Where is the recon skull in halo 3?

ok i heard that you can get recon 2 ways,
1. impress bungie by doin something
2. Finding a skull that unlocks recon

now if anyone knows about the recon skull plz answer cuz i want recon so bad and i dont know if this is a rumor but if the recon skull is true then someone plz tell me where it is cuz recon looks sweet

I'm sorry to tell you, but there is no skull that you can get that unlocks the recon armour. There was a 13th skull on 'Cortana' in the room with the generators on the roof that goes in a ring, but it doesn't unlock nor doing anything. but i have heard that you can get the armor by doing something impressive or funny that a bungie member see's. example's:
sniping yourself, getting killed by a street-cone or some other random thing that can happen.
