Call of duty 4. Not on your list but should be. amazing game and if you have it already get halo3 but I would recommend call of duty.

Buy halo 3 gears of war is a great game but multi player wise it would die out fast. Halo 3 in the other hand would become really big and would not die out. All of the halo games have been really big offline and online.
