Which is better? The Xbox 360 Elite or Xbox 360 HALO 3 console?

Hi I am going to upgrade my 360 console. I do not care of the price tag. Which of the 360 would be the best for my 38'' HDTV?

Elite. You will get bored of looking at Halo 3 non-stop on your 360

all three have the same insides i wouldn't buy either unless its only the looks your goin for ...

the only difference is quieter fans and they come with the hdmi cables (all three have 1080p capability)
the original can do everything they can just not look as good
