Which Xbox 360 game should I get: Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion or Halo Wars?

I'm on a budget of $30 trying to decide which one of these two games to buy. I've played them both, and enjoy them both. I'm a big fan of RTS and RPG so it's hard to decide. Which game would you suggest?
