I heard about this idea and i need some people.
So here's the plan we go to the system dashboard in our 360 and change our language to an uncommon language like Kazakhstan. Then we go to matchmaking in halo 3, and put prefer people who speak my language. Then we take turns, on becoming general, for instance give one guy all the kills until he reaches 50 skill, then the next guy and so on.
