Who would win a war between Halo's Covenant and Star Wars Galactic Empire?

Lets say the Covenant were to have a war with the Empire from Star Wars who would win that war. And Why? The Death Star vs Halo.
Just for fun. Lets Debate.

The Covenant. They could activate The Ark and then BAM! The whole universe (or Galaxy I can't remember off the top of my head) destroyed. All that the Empire can do is destroy one planet at a time with the Death Star.
