Why cant i access my halo 3 heroic maps.?

i downloaded the heroic map pack for halo 3 (standoff,rats nest, foundary) and when i go to play at one of them it says i fail to load the map content. i have downlaoded the game to my hard drive, and i do have cold storage


P.S. please dont just give me a website where i ask someone else a question

You can re download the maps from your download history. It can also be your game disk. I remember when the maps would load %75 before it will say load failed. I bought a new copy of Halo 3 and the maps finally worked. See if one of your friends got a copy and test his. If he doesn't own a copy rent one from Block Buster and try it out. Hope this helps!

That happens to me sometimes too it just means the maps haven't loaded just go to your custom games and click on the maps it should pop up and say loading data and then the maps should appear if that doesn't work you might have to load them again.
