why cant i find all of halo 3 skulls?

idk why but me and my friend are searching for skulls on halo 3...and we looked on the internet and watched videos to show us were the skulls are..and when we go to were the skulls are supposed to be there not there.....and i have tryed lokking for them on one player and i found about five skulls...and then on two player i found three...and we do the level over and over again on diffrrent difficultes and ther still not there...explanation????

the only thing i know of the will turn the skulls off is if you play on easy. if you play on any other difficulty than the skulls should be there. go to your setting and make you haven't changed anything and that everything is still default except for the difficulty.

I've had this problem as well. It happend to me because my disc was really dinged up and well it would load the maps but some of the items on the level were missing (like the warthogs on halo). It's that or im not sure.
