Why can't i launch the halo wars demo on my 360?

I downloaded the halo wars demo on my xbox 360 and it will not start. Whenever i go to my xbox then game library then play game it says can't launch halo wars demo. There is no error code. Also i had a friend download it to my hard drive for me on his xbox.

Halo wars is whack. All it is, is a version of Command and Conquer.
