Why can't my son play halo 3 user-created content?

When he plays on halo 3 it says that he can't play user-created content or watch user-created videos that are by him. How do i fix this so he can?

Well alot of times user created things for games are crap. I personally have experiences with this. I own starcraft for the pc. There are alot of hacks, mods, and Staredit utilities for the game. when I downloaded some of them and unzipped the files it said that the file was not able to run and shut down the program. Also like the other person said you could have some parental controls on. I hoped this helped.

You might have some privacy or family settings on that are restricting him. Turn those off and you will be good. Also, the disk may be scratched and can figure out how to play it. My friend could not play user made maps because his disk was too scratched
