Why do ppl get so mad cause of ppl lagging (halo 3)?

how come every time i play halo 3 on live, and me or somelse is lagging people have to be such big jerks about it. today i was playing and i was lagging a little, and 3 ppl send negitive player reviews just cause i was lagging. Is it fair to send negitive feedback just for lagging?

I would say yes, because a lagging player will degrade the game experience for everyone.
