Why won't my Halo Wars achievements unlock?

Yah I need some help. I beat the Halo Wars campaign on Heroic Difficulty and beat all missions on Heroic Par time. and I did not recieve my Achievements (Adjudicate the Arbiter and Mr.Punctual). It says I beat it on my service record in the game. I redid the last mission but no luck. I also should have another but they will not unlock. Please help

Return the halo game and go out and get yourself a girlfriend. Or learn to play an instrument





How's THAT for an acheivement
