Will Halo Wars ever be released for PC?

I love Halo, but since the new Halo Wars set to release March 3rd is a RST (Real Time Strategy) game, I'm not sure if I will like it with an Xbox contoller. Will Halo Wars ever be released for the PC, (And with that, only for Windows Vista like Halo 2)?

Of course it is possible that they sometime release it for PC, but at this moment they haven't given such information.
