will halo wars have multiplayer?

correct me if i am wrong, but i understand that Halo Wars will be a strategy game, without any actual shooting or fighting as a single player, but instead controlling armies and building bases... my question is does Halo Wars have any kind of split screen or LIVE multiplayer?
