Will i definitely get my sergeant Johnson character for halo 3 odst?

I have already pre ordered halo 3 odst, and i intend to get it on the release date, but will i definitely get the limited edition sergeant Johnson character or will i be screwed like gears of war 2 golden guns? Basically will they run out again?

You should, but you can only get him in the fire fight. I cannot wait for Halo 3 odst!! It is going to be the best game ever!
