Would I get enough money out of these games to get Halo Wars Limited Edition?

deffinately! however, i belive that gamestop, and game crazy stopped selling the limited edition ones. those were only if you preordered it.

My experience with trading in games is it various from store to store depending on that stores particular stock so i would advise to call up there and tell them what you have they will give you a price. It beats taking a trip to the store.

well you almost definatley have enough to buy Halo Wars...

just sell the guitar heros and mabye the fable 2 and you should have enough.
