Xbox 360 Question! I got the limited edition halo wars with the mythic map pack?

I started to download the map pack yesterday, then came on today to find that it wasn't on my active downloads. Turns out that it hadn't downloaded and I tried to redeem the code again and... the code is invalid. Is there anything I can do? Other than call microsoft?
