Xbox LIVE Halo 3/Halo Wars Restrictive NAT? This pops up when I hit...

...multiplayer. What is it? When I am on Halo 3 or Halo Wars and hit multiplayer/matchmaking I get a message that says WARNING: Restrictive NAT Detected. What does that mean. When it says that, I cannot join Xbox LIVE parties, join people's game sessions, or private chats. I really need it fixed soon.

I get this a lot too. One method of fixing it that i use (doesn't always work) is unplug your modem for about 15 seconds and then plug it back in. There are also guides on Youtube about how to change your router or modem settings to make your NAT open instead of restricted. It is basically your ability to connect to other people.
