xbox theater for halo 3?

i want to look at a game i just played because i got a really crazy stick.
and i when i go to the theater it says that i am restricted from viewing because it is user created content. is that like a parental setting or what? how do i fix that??

help please!!!!

parent setting exactly

go to your home page on the x box
then go all the way to the right, it should be a prurple screen.
then click on parent control or something like that, and turn everything off
