I work in a very good company where the owners have empathy for their staffs. They don't do anything that is going to compromise the health of their staff which is why none of us have been able to decline doing whatever that is asked of us.

There is nothing wrong in celebrating my birthday every year. I have the means to do so and there are so many of my friends who likes to celebrate me all the time.
