What is the name of that program for designing Halo 3 maps?
Someone told me about a program that he used to create some maps. He could do pretty much anything, from placing large turrets (Ones unavailable in Forge) all over a level, to duplicating the giant windmill thing in Last Resort and placing it all over. Does anybody know the name of this...
