    Why Cant I watch Theater in Halo 3?

    after games and campaigns I've played I go to theater and try to watch the match or matches I just played. But when I go to it; It's always telling me, "Unable to start because a player in your party is restricted from playing with user created content." What does that mean and how do i fix it?
