How do I play halo 3 co-op with someone over xbox live? Is it like gears of war where anyone joins, or do I have to invite someone or be invited? -

Halo 3 Service Record On Bungie.Net Screenshots?
Okay, when you save a screenshot and you are on xbox live, it gets sent along to bungie.net right? Anybody know if I can delete them off of my find a player record through my computer or 360?
