i saw that sniper rifle is 3 minutes, but it says it has to be dropped, what that mean? you drop it for the first time or when its outta ammo?

i use the same internet plug from the router for my halo 3 live and internet on computer(one or the other) but lately starting like 3 days ago, i had rly bad connection during halo 3 games making every1 lag and it was red on the side, and my internet is alot slower too? help plz how i fix this?

i just beat heroic and now on 5th level of legendary, and its ggetting rly hard and ive been hearing combos like plasma pistol+BR what does that do and is it effective?

i beat campaign on normal with co-op throughout whole thing, now i got through heroic up until the 2nd to last lvl(cortana)with co-op and i wanna know if i can finish up the story with solo and still count as beating heroic and getting the last gamerscores.
