    Why can't i rank up in Halo 3?

    I must of played like 20 matches today on Doubles, and i've won like 16/20 of them...and i'm not going up at all!!! I'm stuck at 27...and the person i'm playing with is going up like 2 levels a match, and i'm not moving regardless of if I'm MVP or not. How the hell can i rank up if i cant move...
