When im playing Halo 3 and i play wiht more then 4 people my mic gets some other icon on the screen and people cant hear me... Why does this happen and how can i fix it?

You can buy the halo 1 game on marketplace on xbox 360 so i wonder if they have made it so you can play on xbox live to? Cus you can do that on the pc version.
