    How to raise my highest ranking in Halo 3??

    I've heard that you have to play ranked games and win, but I've been playing team slayer and my team has won and I have the most kills; It's still not bringing me up one rank. Does it not work on team slayer? What is the best way to bring it up?

    Halo 3 online play??

    I have been playing Halo 3 on online play. I have the headphones so that I can chat with other players, but I can only talk with my friends. When it shows the people that are going to play, it has a circle with an X in it by some of their names. Does that mean they can talk but I am not able...
