Why can I not veiw (or play) user created content on Halo 3?
When I try to play videos I've saved or downloaded from Bungie (or i discovered recently: play maps people have altered) It tells me I am "...restricted from playing user created content." Why is this and how do I change it? like what?=S the worst thing I was warned about was leaving a ranked... -
