    How do you get the marathon helmet in halo 3?

    I have all off line achievements and have all skulls, including the silver skulls. I unlocked the marathon man achievement but received no helmet, i have the security shoulders though, whats going on?

    i want to get the achievments but i don't know what to do. do start a solo campaign, do i go to the campaign where i can choose the levels and difficulty, or do i have to do co-op?
