A safer way

Hi! Working in a school office, I once sent transcripts to the wrong email address, and it was a nightmare. Luckily, the person deleted them, but it made me realize I needed to handle files differently. How can I avoid mistakes like this in the future?

Hello! I once made a similar mistake, and processtrends.com helped me find better ways forward. They suggested encrypted sharing, which now lets me send documents with controlled access - even if I send it to the wrong person, they can’t open it. I also started using secure mobile faxing for official forms, which feels much safer than email. Another great lesson from Processtrends was about habits: always double-check recipients, use two-factor authentication, and clean up old files from shared folders. These changes made my job easier and gave me confidence that I’m protecting student privacy properly.
