About HALO 3 Disc Replacement.?

If I Buy A used Halo 3 from Gamestop and after a few days the disc get scratched and cant be played..Can i still replace it using that microsoft disc replacement program?

I don't think so cause you will probably have to prove you bought it new but I believe Gamestop guarantees their used games so you should be able to swap it for another Halo especially since you've had it for only a few days. Good luck.

If it's used, you'll have to convince the Gamestop guys that the disk was already scratched up when you bought it. Whether or not they check their products before they sell it
(I recently bought a broken used Xbox 360 remote. It was wired and the place where the wire meets the controller was literally hanging by a thread. Unfortunately, I noticed it before I pulled out of the parking lot)
You'll have to take some risks and hope for the best. Although, you're still under warrantly, so they'll have to give you a refund, or at least a discount. Best of luck!
