Any advice on how to prepare for a Halo 3 tournament?

how to kill faster, map tips (construct, narrows, guardian, the pit), anything...this is my first tournament. Thanks

you have to get in the zone-BE HALO dont let anything get in your head concentrate by going up to some one and scream in their face that YOU ARE #1
