are guests allowed to have mic's in halo 3?

i know that when u play live in halo 2, your guest cannot have a mic even if you plug it in it will not work. does this gay ass rule happen in halo 3 to, cuz if it does than that sucks i do not understand why ur guest cannot have a mic. thats pretty ****in gay know what im sayin. thats stupid...if you buy 2 mics then you should be able to use them, right. thats so ****in stupid that you cant in halo 2 which is why i wanna know if you can use 2 mics in halo 3 being that its a newer game and they upgrade shit and shit....maybe they upgraded that gay ass rule about your guest not being able to have a mic....so anyway, i really really hope so because im buying xbox 360 today and me and my friends want to talk to people at the same time. and if you cant then fuk microsoft.....in the ass. cause thats pretty retarded if you ask me.....wow....so any advice would help.......thanks
