are Halo 1,and 2 compatible with Xbox 360?

I believe they were compatible with the 360 on day one but if you dont have a hard drive then i dont believe so because it is a patch that allows the games backwards compatibility and no hard drive no patch

Im pretty pretty sure they are. With halo 1 u can buy it off of xbox live for marketplace points and halo 2 im 100 percent u can
