Are there any really good Halo or Fallout 3 RPG forums out there?

I've been trailing google for ages trying to find a decent Halo or Fallout 3 role playing forum and haven't been able to find a really good one. I found one halo one but it was closing for maintenance. Could someone wou there suggest a good Halo or Fallout 3 RPG forum?
