Banned from Halo 3 ODST Matchmaking?

Okay, right now I am banned from H3 matchmaking. When ODST comes out (I have it pre-ordered), will I be un-banned, when trying to play online? PS: I'm using the very same account.

ODST is only a campain add on, its an expansion to halo 3. With the ODST, you get two disks, one is the campain and firefight, the other is HALO 3 multiplayer with all the maps.

So i would think that you wouldnt get unbanned

yip its still the same game. except for the odst disc, you wont be able 2 play the multiplayer disc with the extra maps that comes with it but you will probably be able to play the odst disc online in firefight.
