Bridging LAN and wireless for halo 1, PLEASE help??

ok i want to be able to host wireless on my laptop. i can host just fine when my laptop is only connected to my modem, but when im wireless i cant host.

so if i connect my router to my modem and my laptop and bridged the connections, would i be able to host my own servers on halo?
