Can 2 gamer tags on 1 console share the map packs on halo 3?

or do I need to pay extra for each live gamer tag? One is my gamer tag and the other is my sons gamer tag.

The maps are on your console, any gamer tag can use them.

If you have seperate consoles, you will need to buy the maps on both consoles
