You've obviously never played it before. Halo 3 is a physical game disc that stores memory on your xbox 360 harddrive ( or memory card) and it doesn't use email and passwords to log on. I don't know what your trying to do with a level 50 anyway... The level only shows how much you play the game online and doesn't affect the game at all. Go buy an xbox 360 and BUY halo 3 and PLAY it. It's not runescape. It's a first person shooter.
