Steppin' Razor is Lone Wolves, can't help you with that. Marathon Man is easy, there's a guide on halo3planet.com.

No someone could help him get his lone wolves achievements all they have to do is get about 6 people everyone changes their language to the same one on the dashboard but before you change it make sure you have prefer language set for matchmaking then you search and 9 times out of 10 you get matched with your friends if its a uncommon language.
