Can someone make me an intro for my halo 3 montage?

I'm looking for an experienced editor to make me an intro for my halo 3 montage. Looking for about 25 second intro so that it goes well with my music "What I've Done". I prefer someone with Adobe After Effects. Vegas may work as well
